I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! The 3 bags all very nice.! In one gucci bag that comes with ribbon and decorated to carry it in shoulder bag. The metal elements look of quality, the decorative . Valance is very well embroidered. It has NO inner pocket, it is 2 compartments to carry the basics. The bag is rigid, the closure is safe and the decorative loop is a cute one. If I say i love it I am only exaggerating i crazily love it.... amazing quality bag with good communication from the seller and fast shipping..... you just gain yourself a potential customer.

Excellent seller. 1:1 product. It’s not that bright red that most people are afraid of when buying inauthentic handbags. The leather trim on this bag is very clean. As for the stitching, it was done correctly and there were no obvious imperfections. The hardware is the perfect shade of gold and had the right logos. I also love the beige lining! I did regular shipping and my package arrived relatively quickly. The seller made sure to neatly package the product to avoid damage and it's much appreciated. I recommend this website for sure I'll be purchasing from them again. :)

No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. The leather is stiff and shiny, the logo is metal and engraved, the zippers are smooth and branded, and the interior is lined with Prada logo fabric.
